About The Hub @ East Platte

Workspace to support entrepreneurs in the Northland.

Tammie and Lamar Eby are lifetime entrepreneurs, passionate about hospitality and supporting local businesses in Kansas City. Several years ago, they noticed the deterioration of a vacant elementary school. Knowing there was life waiting to be unlocked, they decided to invest their time and money.

The Hub vision is to serve and support small business owners by providing storage for their supplies, meaningful space to work, and a location for events and networking.

As a small entrepreneurial community, we offer excellent and timely customer service. Our on-site staff can quickly remediate issues that arise. Because we offer shop/work space, office space, as well as dock space, we are able to accommodate most needs of a small service business.

Founders
Lamar and Tammie love the Northland community and have been involved in small business all of their lives. The Hub is the fulfillment of a vision they had to restore the building their neighbors started school in, a place for their community to gather, and friendships to grow.
